Large guest bedroom with built-in closets and storage.
Follow the ship-like stairs up to the loft where the kids can hang out and ignore the parents while playing video games, eat popcorn, and drink root beer!!!
Moderate sized bathroom with refined amenities:
Walk-in Shower Features:
Kitchen with high end appliances by Bosch (induction oven, silent, dishwasher, and microwave) and GE profile, double door, refrigerator.
Quartz countertops with solid quartz backsplash.
16 foot wall of glass with two 4 foot wide sliders, overlooking the deck, Swim Spa, gazebo, and stairs down to your private beach. 54 inch Wi-Fi compatible TV and modernized ship-like stairs with medical grade stainless steel cables leading to the downstairs (A true piece of art).
15’ Michael Phelps designed swim spa with three seats, all with back jets, one standing position with back and leg jets, LED lighting, and a Swim Spa cover to withstand small creatures up to 100 pounds without falling through. The view from within the Swim Spa is unobstructed by fencing, cable, or screen. It’s the closest that you can get to a waterfall view in new Smyrna. The code usually requires a safety screen to prevent little ones from falling into the Swim Spa. However, we were able to work around that by building the Swim Spa up high enough from ground level (that will keep them out).
The deck leads off both the master bedroom and main entry level. Follow the deck down to the gazebo, all of which is surrounded by medical grade stainless steel cabling system layed out in a horizontal plain to minimize obstruction of the view. The thatch on the gazebo is made from reclaimed, recyclable plastic with a 25 year lifespan, unlike the other thatch that you will see around you will last 3-5 years and cost $3000 – $7000.
There are two separate hook assemblies for taking late afternoon naps in a hammock as you fall asleep listening to the sound of crashing waves and birds chirping. Enjoy watching the sunrise while having coffee or sipping wine in the late afternoon from the bar top watching the sunsets (while looking east) is beautiful. Make your way down to the beach via your own stairs and bask in the sun, hang out in the shade (with the newborns), go boogie boarding, bodysurfing, or surfing. Toss a line in the water from the deck or surf casting.
Maybe you can stroll south to Canaveral sea shores where you can watch Elon Musk‘s big heavy take off or enjoy watching the massive sea turtles lay their eggs (quite a site!). Make sure you grab a flashlight with red light.
It was built with storms in mind (they do happen but all the houses around you have been there for 30 plus years) and is the simplest storm preparedness I’ve ever seen.
